About
Sia Sangbok Lee is a Korean-born, New York-based artist whose abstract and conceptual paintings explore cosmic space, life energy, and the spiritual connection between self and universe. Through intense color, organic movement, and expansive brushstrokes, she blends Eastern and Western artistic and philosophical traditions. Educated at Hongik University and the University of Illinois, she received the Gold Prize at Japan’s Osaka Art Critics Association Open Competition in 2019 and was invited to exhibit at the Grand Palais in Paris.
